High-Fibre Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 kale leaves, stalk removed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp Lotus Psyllium Husks
  • 1 tsp Lotus Black Chia Seeds
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup ice

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
