High-Fibre Green Smoothie
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 2 kale leaves, stalk removed
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp Lotus Psyllium Husks
- 1 tsp Lotus Black Chia Seeds
- 1 orange, peeled
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup ice
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
